BS PEROXY^® is compatible to the following material: Stainless steel 316, Glass, Titanium, Cobalt chrome, PE, Ceramics, Plastic (PEEK, PTFE, PC), Nonporous vinyl, Painted surfaces, Laminated plastic counter tops, Fibre glass (sealed) surfaces, Glazed porcelain etc. The test outcomes demonstrate that BS Peroxy fully meets international biocompatibility criteria, with no evidence of skin irritation, skin corrosion, eye irritation, or respiratory irritation observed during assessments. These findings confirm that BS Peroxy^® does not induce adverse biological responses when in contact with human tissues, thereby supporting its safety for intended applications involving human exposure. The absence of irritation or corrosive effects highlights its favorable toxicological profile and indicates minimal risk of harmful tissue interactions, reinforcing its suitability for safe and reliable use in environments requiring direct or indirect human contact

The product is classified as a High-Level Chemical Disinfectant in accordance with CDC guidelines, confirming its suitability for use in high-risk healthcare and sterile processing environments.
BS PEROXY^® exhibits a robust safety profile, being non-toxic, non-carcinogenic, and non-irritant, as demonstrated through internationally recognized in-vitro safety assessments.
It enables rapid terminal disinfection of critical hospital areas, including Operation Theatres (OT), ICUs, ICCUs, NICUs, and recovery rooms.
The product is widely adopted in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) sterile zones within the pharmaceutical and bioproduct manufacturing industries. Its environmentally responsible formulation includes integrated corrosion inhibitors, ensuring enhanced material compatibility and long-term protection of sensitive equipment.

RECOMMENDED DILUTION FOR VAPORIZATION:

Use 50-65 ml per liter in DM/ RO water in Vapor machine
For Bactericidal and Virucidal 10-15 ML - 1 litre in DM/RO water
For Fungicidal and Yeasticidal 30-35 ML - 1 litre in DM/RO water
For Mycobatericidal and Sporicidal 50 ML - 1 litre in DM/RO water
Maintain a contact period for at least 20-30 minutes for effective disinfection.
BS Peroxy is formulated with synergistic additives designed to enhance molecular
stability and optimize antimicrobial efficacy. These synergistic components interact at
the molecular level to stabilize the active ingredients, minimizing premature degradation and maintaining structural integrity during storage and use.
Upon dilution, strength remains the same as mentioned in the product label and the formulation demonstrates sustained activity because the synergistic system supports the preservation of the active oxidative species and prevents significant loss of functional concentration. As a result, the antimicrobial performance remains consistent and effective even at recommended working dilutions, ensuring reliable disinfection outcomes under practical clinical conditions.
Based on the toxicological evaluation report, no evidence of dermal irritation, ocular irritation, or respiratory tract irritation was observed during the vaporization of BS Peroxy^® in clinical areas such as the Operation Theatre (OT) and Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Accordingly, the findings indicate that BS Peroxy vaporization, when performed in accordance with prescribed usage guidelines and standard operating protocols, does not produce clinically significant local or airborne irritant effects.
Therefore, it can be scientifically inferred that BS Peroxy^® vaporization may be conducted in occupied critical care environments, including OT and ICU settings, without adverse irritation to patients or healthcare personnel, provided that the application parameters remain within the validated safety limits and institutional infection control protocols are strictly followed.
