DESCRIPTION

ALEX D 100™ is a powerful and reliable disinfectant specially made for cleaning surgical and medical instruments. Developed with advanced German technology, it kills 99.99% of harmful germs including bacteria, viruses, TB, spores, and other tough microorganisms making it ideal for high-level disinfection. What makes ALEX D 100 truly different is its anti-scaling feature, which helps stop mineral and limescale buildup on instruments. This not only keeps the tools in better working condition but also helps them last longer and reduces the need for repairs. It is perfect for disinfecting all kinds of instruments, such as surgical, orthopedic, dental, anesthetic, robotic tools, catheters, endoscopes, and other delicate or heat-sensitive devices. Before using ALEX D 100 make sure to clean and rinse instruments thoroughly with tap water (with hardness less than 400 ppm). Always prepare a fresh solution every day, and replace it if it becomes dirty or diluted to ensure the best results and safe use.

All kind of surgical instrument, orthopaedic instruments & implants. Flexible & rigid endoscopes. Anaesthetic instruments, Dental instruments. Instruments for minimal invasive surgery, robotic surgery instruments & spares.

USAGE INFORMATION

Prepare a 5% solution for Sporicidal by mixing 50 ml of Alex D 100 with 1 litre of DM or RO water. Clean the instruments to remove any visible dirt before disinfection. Fully immerse surgical instruments, orthopaedic instruments, anaesthetic instruments, dental instruments, robotic instruments, catheters, and endoscopes in the prepared solution for at least 30 minutes, depending on the level of contamination. For sporicidal activity, maintain a 30 minute contact time. After disinfection, rinse thoroughly with tap water followed by a final rinse with sterile distilled water, and allow the instruments to dry before use. The prepared solution can be used for up to 14 days, but if it becomes dirty, cloudy, or non-transparent, discard it and prepare a fresh solution with the recommended dilution.
